Refund policy

Please note that at this time we will only accept requests for refunds or exchanges for incorrect deliveries, damaged products or manufacturing errors. If your product falls into any of these three categories, you have up to 21-days after receiving the item to request an exchange or refund.

Please double confirm your item selection, color and size using the sizing chart provided in the product descriptions, as we will not be able to support any cancellation, return, or refund requests if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Please note in order to be considered eligible for a refund or exchange you will need to provide a clear photo of the item showing the damage, error or defect. 

To start a request, you can contact us at support@hardmoneyapparel.com. Please clearly state the justification for your request and include a photo in the body of the email (we will not open up any photo file attachments). 

If your request is accepted, we will reach out with detailed instructions and an estimated timeline on completing the request.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
